Precise Wet Tensile Strength Measurement for Greater Process Reliability

WJ1 measures the wet tensile strength of molding sand automatically and reproducibly. This allows bentonite content to be evaluated quickly and molding sand quality to be optimized at an early stage. The instrument features a calibrated load cell and digital display. During the test, the sample is heated, the tensile ring is removed automatically and the wet tensile strength is displayed directly in N/cm². A complete measurement takes approximately one minute, enabling fast quality control with minimal operator effort and reliable results.
