Our philosophy is simple:
Not every number tells the truth,
but every number tells a story.
Our training courses are designed for professionals who want to understand test results not in isolation, but in the context of processes, root causes and technical decision-making. The focus is not only on measuring individual parameters, but also on understanding the interaction between moulding materials, production processes and day-to-day foundry operations.
This training course does not focus on a purely standards-based interpretation of individual measurement values. Instead, participants learn how test results are generated, what they actually indicate and where their limitations lie. The aim is to develop a deeper technical understanding that supports the analysis of real-world defects and enables well-founded decision-making.
Real-world foundry defects and production challenges serve as the starting point, rather than relying solely on standard tables or isolated measurement values.
Moulding materials are understood as part of an integrated process chain, including time, thermal behaviour, mechanics, chemistry, energy consumption and operational handling.
Participants learn how to interpret test results correctly and derive reliable technical recommendations from them.
